Position requirements and conditions:
Enthusiastic persistent self-driven person, preferably with education background in Management or/and Marketing, or/and HRD (industrial and organizational psychology). Excellent Russian and good English is a must. Business writing skills. Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Extensive travel is required

His/her main responsibilities will include:
• Fast learning
• Developing and delivering training courses
• On-the-job coaching
